US Trojan Stars Shine on the Global Stage

Kennedy Smith and Jazzy Davidson didn’t spend the summer on vacation—they spent it proving why USC Women’s Basketball has one of the most dangerous young cores in the country.

Smith, coming off a strong freshman year, helped Team USA win gold at the 2025 FIBA AmeriCup. She showed off her defensive instincts, versatility, and toughness—averaging 2.0 steals per game and stepping up in every big moment.

Meanwhile, incoming freshman Jazzy Davidson helped lead the USA U19 team to a World Cup gold, dropping 21 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 steals in the championship against Argentina. More than her stats, it was her basketball IQ that stood out. She’s a guard who knows when to shoot, when to pass, and how to win.

Together, they bring elite defense, poise, and winning experience back to a USC team with big-time goals this season.
